We work side-by-side our client’s to help them better understand risk within their business and, together, develop innovative solutions to design, implement and monitor controls. Our SAP controls practice is expanding as companies continue to search for better, innovative ways to increase confidence in their reporting processes while lowering compliance costs. Which means, we need you. We need Seniors to help answer complex questions facing our clients and create critical solutions for the market place.
Your key responsibilities
Leveraging your knowledge of IT environments and industry trends, you will work across competencies, service lines and sectors to develop innovation solutions to build and sustain risk management and governance programs for our clients. You will support EY teams responsible for transforming risk functions and implementing leading practice technology solutions.
Skills and attributes for success
Understand SAP security and business process concepts, and work directly with the client to identify technical issues and elevate appropriately
Deliver facts, analyses and recommendations in an accurate, clear and concise manner
Handle multiple technically complex projects or engagements simultaneously
Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelors degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 1-2 years of related work experience
Application controls experience in SAP
Experience testing controls, sensitive access and segregation of duties
Demonstrate an understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic project management and client service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%. A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
Ideally, you’ll also have
Industry related certification (e.g., CPA/CA, CISA, RICS)
Strong understanding of IT industry trends
