Refining and enabling the growth strategy to triple the size of our 22-year-old bank with current assets of approximately $750MM.
Own Financial Planning & Analysis for the Pitney Bowes Bank
Partner with the Bank President to establish, build, implement, and drive growth strategies supporting the sustainable growth and expansion of the bank
Accountable for bank financial results including revenue, EBITDA, profitability, and net income
Responsible for Bank financial accounting and compliance with GAAP standards and bank structural changes
Lead financial statement preparation and external audit engagements
Oversee financial regulatory reporting including Call Report submission & other FDIC & UDFI financial reporting requirements.
Responsible for Bank controllership function including SOX compliance. Oversee Bank transition & implementation of FIDICIA.
Ensure Bank capital adequacy & asset liability management. Develop daily liquidity operating structure and processes. Oversee deposit operations, investment portfolio management, and related growth and volume activities.
Active stakeholder engagement including regular interaction with investors, Board of Directors, PBI executive management, and regulatory supervisors surrounding Bank operations and strategy execution.
Implement and manage reporting processes for investors and securities market participants
Partner / collaborate with Bank capital markets leadership and PBI corporate treasury group to manage overall company debt covenants, reporting, and strategic modeling and planning.
Lead and drive Bank capital allocation including overseeing investment in bank systems / capabilities and expense management targets
Implement and drive strategies to optimize bank Cost of Funds and portfolio mix to achieve desired short term and long-term financial outcomes
Support transactional structuring and review in line with Bank profitability and financial risk management
As Bank CFO , you have:
15 years of post-graduate financial management experience in the following areas:
Large credit portfolio oversight
Bank operations management
Deposit operations/generation, and
Preferred previous job titles include Controller, VP Operations, Treasurer, Chief Investment Officer, and Treasurer.
4 years of secondary marketing, securitization, and special purpose entity (SPE) operations experience.
Minimum of 4 years of ALCO membership and balance sheet management experience and regulatory capital compliance.
Fully versant in bank regulation application and compliance, specifically as it applies to financial controls, operational oversight, and vendor management.
MBA or other “masters” level business degree and/or CPA preferred
Experience managing and developing staff to drive performance and accountability

These offerings include leasing, revolving lines of credit (Purchase Power), postage deposit accounts at the PB Bank, and Payment API’s in support of our 1 million SendTech and Global ecommerce customers.
