Oracle Director, Business Planning in Ogden, Utah

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organizations financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes. Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures. Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to partner across functions. 10 plus years relevant work experience. *This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado. The Director, Business Planning leader will manage the Technology Marketing pillar program management and operations, as well as the marketing communications of the global Tech portfolio of products. This is a global role which covers: * Financial accountability for the Tech pillar budgets, spend management, and overall hiring models. * Monthly/Quarterly Planning and Spend modeling reports. * Tracking changes and communicating to global Tech Marketing leadership any impact to business. * Monthly Business Review management and reporting. * Tech Pillar ROI model, KPI setting and performance reporting with regions. * Global marketing operations budget setting and approval. * Alignment with global finance and marketing operations teams. * Internal and external marketing communications for the pillar. * Global Sales play portfolio planning and execution; regional tracking. * Global headcount management; addition/attrition tracking. * Process Coordinator and POC between HR, Ops, and Finance. * Communication organization between campaign analysts, regional BD and sales executives for sales play and overall GTM alignment. * Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity, such as reporting and analytics with Operations and Finance. * Leading the ROI assessment for our pillar. * Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of SVP and in collaboration with the Tech pillar leadership team.
