What You'll Do
As a Servicing Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day activities of our Loan Servicing team including but not limited to loan setup, loan transfers, escrow management, delinquency, payment posting and purchases to ensure control of the daily workflow to meet deadlines.
Other duties:
Provide quality service to all internal departments and external customers
Set priorities and assign responsibilities to the servicing team while maintaining and ensure employees follow up-to-date policies and procedures for the efficient and compliant operation of the Servicing team
Process and manage FHA claims, Foreclosures, and other advanced delinquent loan management
Administration of the servicing system including, but not limited to setting up new programs, managing letters and notices, and reports
Supervise employees and assist in processing demands for payoffs, insurance checks, setting up and canceling tax service contracts, substitutions of trustee and full reconveyances
Function as the MERS administrator
Hiring and management of servicing employees
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
Seven to ten years servicing experience
Three to five years of experience managing a servicing team
Must have a working knowledge of Mortgage loan products
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
